Services

Wet Cast
	Wet Cast is for materials selected to produce larger, reinforced pieces. Wet cast pieces are placed in a mold at designed slump and vibrated to insure a smooth finish. After curing, a mild chemical solution will be applied to remove the surface cement, and as a result, our finished product will appear totally natural and weather resistant.

Dry Cast

Dry cast architectural products allow for greater flexibility in color, shape and textures. Specifications are always exceeded for compressive strength and absorption rates. Our standard color matches Indiana cut limestone perfectly. Splitface, bullnose or custom look.

Estimates

Estimates are provided when plans are sent to us, or when profiles and lineal footage are provided. Estimates are based upon quantity & complexity of each part that is needed. Feel free to visit our product catalog which consists of stock moulds to keep your project within the budget.

Drafting and Design

We provide in-house drafting of custom shop drawings and design. All shop drawings are created in a 3D perspective with emphasis on the customers understanding of the full appearance of the product before it is sent to our plant for production. Our designers work hand in hand with the Architects, General Contractors and Masons to provide some of the best custom cast stone out on the market today.

We also provide an engineering service for our cast stone projects that require it.

Delivery

We have in house trucking to insure projects stay on schedule throughout Wisconsin. Out of state projects are delivered by area trucking firms throughout the Midwest & other states.
